What is your return policy?

Custom and pre-order items cannot be returned because they are made specifically for you. See “What is your Limited Warranty Policy?” below.

In stock items (not custom or pre-order) may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase. Return shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returned items should be in the same condition they were in when they arrived.

What is your limited warranty policy?

All online purchases come with a limited warranty for the first 30 days since the date of purchase. This limited warranty ensures that if your item breaks within this timeframe, we will happily exchange it, offer full refund for a retun or send replacement stones one time. In-stock items, not pre-orders or custom items, may be exchanged within this time frame. It is the customer’s responsibility to service their jewelry at a jewelers regularily.

All moissanite Engagement/Wedding rings comes with a 1-year warranty for the moissanite stones in the ring. If any moissanite stones fall out within the first year since the date of purchase, we will gladly send you moissanite stone replacements for the ring. After that one-year time frame, you can still purchase moissanite stones at a greatly discounted price with proof of your purchase from the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to service their ring periodically to keep it in good condition. We recommend no less than every 6 months if your jewelry is made of finer metals, such as gold or platinum. We recommend no less than every 3 months if your jewelry is made of more pliable metals, such as 925 sterling silver.

Do you make custom items?

Yes! We can make almost any jewelry piece you can think of! If you would like any of our models to be made in solid gold, or another metal, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you use stones other than moissanite?

All items in stock are made with the highest quality grade moissanite. However, for custom orders, we are happy to help you find the exact materials you need to make your dream come to life! We often have customers mix moissanite with other stones for a unique look. Your custom orders can also come in your preference of metal (9k-18K solid golds, etc) or a mix of metals (different colors of gold) for an even more creative design.
